The One-More-Change Machine

What happens when iteration becomes almost free?

A personal metaphor for how quickly AI-assisted making can become addictive, especially when one more change starts stealing time from the rest of life.

The one-more-change machine

The casino analogy is personal. When an AI developer can turn an idea into something working quickly, it is easy to chase one more change after work, then one more at the weekend. The machine is not the AI. It is the loop I can slip into when speed feels like progress and I forget what I am trying to learn, or what the work is costing.

Pull the lever to feel how quickly one change becomes one more.

Pull for one more

Before asking for another change, choose why you are making it:

The point is not to stop making. It is to know what you are trying to learn, and when to step away.
